Mandeville Recruitment Group are working on behalf of the UK's leading provider of Property Guardians.
A market leader this company offer a creative solution to securing vacant properties.
They offer Guardians, cheaper than mainstream accommodation, a variety of properties across London to live in at a 3rd of the normal rental price. Landlords & owners use this service to stop protect their properties from acts of vandalism & squatters. By doing this our client has access to over a large number of amazing properties for Guardians to move into.
You will be responsible for recruiting Guardians to fill all vacant across London.
This opportunity will also require you to create a pipeline of prospective guardians whilst engaging with existing guardians & solving day to day issues.
We are looking to talk to candidates from backgrounds in Sales, Lettings, Estate Agency, Recruitment, Housing, & Property.
You will earn a basic salary between £22,000-£25,000 with bonus’. You will have access to a pool car along with fantastic career prospects!!
Our client are looking for bright, high energy candidates with a full clean UK's divers license Good computer skills, great customer service & people facing skills. Confidence to present & talk in front of groups of people. To have had experience of dealing with conflict & complaints.
