I am currently recruiting for one of clients based in Lincolnshire who are expanding their Development division and therefore require an extra I.T Solutions Developer. My client is offering a salary of £35k per annum along with competitive benefits and the prospect for progression within the company.

• Systems delivery experience over full lifecycle
• Ability to plan and manage 
• Ability to problem-solve
• Ability to produce good quality  documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Understand/execute and test a variety of systems development, such as .net, vb6 and SIS
• Experience planning, facilitating and delivering presentations.
• Ability to create working prototypes at a variety of levels of fidelity, independently or as part of a team
• Maintain full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Code writing and testing
