Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: Up to £32k per annum + Bonus

My client is seeking a Customers Insight Analyst to join their Business Improvement Team. You'll play a key role in providing the information, systems and processes needed to drive the company forward.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead consumer research operations and project management
• Ensure that the latest, most-effective qualitative and quantitative research solutions are applied to best answer the questions at the heart of the business
• Take ownership from proposal writing and research design through to analysis, distillation and knowledge sharing
• Immerse yourself within Direct and Product Marketing, Merchandising and Creative Services to build effective research questions and solutions contributing to key commercial decisions
• Demonstrate and inspire industry best practice, driving organisational understanding of research techniques
• Present insights and research recommendations to stakeholders in a straightforward and concise manner

Key skills:

• 2-3 year's experience in a similar role
• Degree educated in a numerical/maths related subject
• Proven experience in manipulating and analysing data
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Alteryx
• Demonstrable ability to make sense of complex data
• Ability to communicate data to a range of stakeholders
