Supervisor, Marketing Communications
Reports to: U.S. Director Business Development
The following are the responsibilities and duties of the Supervisor, Marketing Communications. This is not an all-inclusive list.
The Supervisor, Marketing Communications is responsible for administering and coordinating all internal and external company branding, marketing, events and communications initiatives. More specifically, the role encompasses the following responsibilities:
Responsible for OMD US Materials and overall brand appearance in order to keep each US office equipped with branded materials, consistent in brand style and appearance and inspired by OMD principles and values
Ensure office décor consistency across offices for the US
Oversee creation, production and distribution of quarterly newsletter for US clients. This includes the development and compilation of articles and design, complete and thorough editing and approval process as well as coordination of mailings and Internet postings and e-mails of each issue.
Compile materials from all US offices for entries into national and international advertising competitions. Coordinate with strategists and buyers to ensure accurate and compelling work while supervising work of studio to ensure creative materials meet editorial and design guidelines.
Work with UK marketing communications team to continue to develop and maintain the OMD Global BrandBox resources, updates to the Exchange, US Shelf
Coordinate US Brochure creation, production and distribution
OMD.com– provide input as it relates to the US
Create, organize and house all US and Global Case Studies for us in the US
Annual trade press report cards, with the help of WW Corp Comm
Annual Management Roadshow creation and production
Manage agency stats and facts
Coordinate and liaise with WW Corp Comm/New Business Team
Bachelor's degree required.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and all Windows based computer programs required. Specifically, advanced PowerPoint skills are necessary.
Knowledge of Photoshop capabilities.
Production knowledge (including Video, Electronic and Printed materials)
Media, marketing or advertising background required.
Familiarity with marketing/communication jargon and an “eye” for good layout and design
Must provide excellent customer service, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, possess excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), and express high standards of professionalism.
Ability to problem solve, be resourceful and think analytically.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
