Network Provisioning Manager
Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our telecoms client for a Network Provisioning Manager to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of local access components for the clients data and voice service portfolio.
Suitable candidates will be able to offer
• a strong understanding of the telecoms market,
• strong understand of network/telecoms services that utilise IP, IP VPN, MPLS, Ethernet, Voice, VoIP, wLAN and security products
• Excellent telecommunications knowledge with commercial and technical background and an understanding of how they are applied in business
• Background in technical telecommunications post sales support / delivery management
• Strong skills in supply chain management and provider performance improvements
Key responsibilities
• Manage timely administration and processing of incoming access service orders; managing the implementation of the various access services which might comprise of various service elements such as Local Loops', Routers', Back-Up services', Encryption technology', Switches' etc.
• Maintain pro-active contact with local customer representatives from the beginning of the local access delivery period
• Co-ordinate local on-site engineering activities with the customer.
• Track supplier deliverables against set time lines
• Maintain a delivery reliability of all access components of at least 90% against agreed timelines
• Manage the processing and administration of Cancelations' for service elements
• Manage and administration of provider network interconnections including pro-active communication on interconnection utilization.
• Maintain accurate administration of ordering and inventory databases.
