Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious and highly respected financial services client for a number of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to join a major efficiency programme.

To be considered you must have already obtained Lean / Six Sigma Black-Belt accreditation and offer a proven track record of using Lean and/or Six Sigma techniques to deliver quantifiable benefits. In addition to this, any experience within in financial services (retail banking in particular) would be advantageous. Banking operations and systems (e.g. processing for mortgages, savings and current accounts) would also be highly advantageous.

Typical responsibilities:
•Identify new improvement opportunities via ongoing relationship management, analysis of existing data and running exploratory workshops
•Develop and shape initial improvement ideas into succinct and quantified problem, goal and benefit statements, which can then be used to prioritise activity and win the required business support for change
•Use our Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach to agree and implement solutions in an auditable and robust manner
•Demonstrate strong influencing skills to ensure senior stakeholders value our ability to improve their area of the business, and therefore become advocates and repeat customers
•Overcome barriers to change via your own problem-solving ability and your ability to generate enthusiasm and support from others
•Share your knowledge and experience with others in the team
•If necessary, train and support others in their Lean and Six Sigma activities
•Play an active role in the wider Operations & Delivery Community
