I'm currently looking for a proactive and driven Senior Product Manager to join a growing team. You will be a key player in the team, interfacing with Data, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to drive the product strategy and deliver industry leading products that facilitate growth and meet the customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a small team with huge ambition.

 

This role would also invole frequent travel to Barcelona.

 

The role

  • Devise and own the overall product strategy and vision across our consumer, partner, operations and data products for different markets
  • Work with the commercial team to build our propositions for different verticals, ensuring the sales and operations teams have everything they need to scale the business
  • Work with the wider team to solve product challenges and find solutions for our B2B partners and new B2C verticals
  • Direct responsibility for a small growing product team
  • Work with the engineering and data teams in Barcelona to deliver products, continuously searching for improvements in the way they work and deliver product across the organisation
  • Analysing product performance; mining data to find the insights and trends behind how their technology is being used, finding efficiencies and spotting opportunities for improvements, new features and processes
  • Effectively communicate insights and product updates to other stakeholders throughout the organization

 

A bit about you

  • 3+ years product experience in a startup environment and a passion for building great things
  • A strong balance between strategic thinking and being able to dive into the detail where necessary
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Confident in communicating with and working closely with engineering teams, being able to understand how technology comes together
  • Strong numerical analytical skills and data-driven problem solving
  • Able to clearly understand business needs and commercial outcomes to drive prioritisation
  • Understanding of good UX and ability to empathise with our different user types (passengers, partners, drivers) to be the voice of the customer
  • Complete comfort with working autonomously
  • A team player with a positive attitude, able to bring energy to the team
  • Clear understanding of how great product and engineering teams should work together
  • Full of curiosity, drive and able to think on your feet

 

We’d really like it if you

  • Experience working in transport or logistics
  • Experience across different product types and customer segments
