Senior Project Manager (Boutique Company)
A boutique construction company synonymous with quality design and finish of offices, apartments and mixed-use space are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their high performing project management team to oversee many key projects for the next 12 months.

Salary: Up to $120 per hour(DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Management of commercial elements of project delivery
- Bids, extensions and enquiries
- Business cases preparation and presentation
- Development of detailed design briefs
- Stakeholder mapping exercises and development of communication strategies.
- Risk Workshops, mitigation / management strategies and escalation processes
- Procurement - tendering and negotiation processes
- Design process and leading a design team
- Application of BREEAM
- Contract administration
- Project budgets-reporting on cash flow and variations
Requirements:
- Project Management experience from procurement through to site delivery and handover, preferably within the Commercial Sector.
- Degree or Trade Qualifications in relevant filer is preferred.
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
