Land Surveyor (Earthworks) (BBBH5012) Auckland, New Zealand
| Salary: | NZD80000 - NZD90000 per annum + Vehicle |
Our client is a well-known civil contractor that has been operating and thriving for over 14 years, they put a massive focus on completing their jobs to the highest possible standard whilst also putting a large focus on health and safety.
Due to recently securing several large contracts they have the need to bring on an experienced and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join their high performing team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- All aspects of surveying including using GPS, Total Station and other surveying instruments / equipment
- Producing plans including topographical, cut / fill, as-builts and plans to support claims / variations
- Producing Volume reports for earthworks
- Assisting site personal with general site needs, including set outs, heights and survey control
- Assisting quantity surveyors / estimators / management with estimating, variations and payment claims
- Ensuring survey equipment is maintained, calibrated and kept in good working order
General Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen!
- Fluent English written and verbal skills!
- Must have the right to work in New Zealand!
- Must currently reside in New Zealand!
