Franklin Smith has the opportunity for a Project Manager to join a tier 1 commercial contractor on the forefront of some of the most significant projects Auckland has to offer, they have multiple projects across the city ranging from boutique interior fitouts to large scale build and are renowned for their commitment to quality and creating a healthy team culture!

Responsibilities:
- Management of commercial elements of project delivery
- Bids, extensions and enquiries
- Business cases preparation and presentation
- Development of detailed design briefs
- Stakeholder mapping exercises and development of communication strategies.
- Risk Workshops, mitigation / management strategies and escalation processes
- Procurement - tendering and negotiation processes
- Design process and leading a design team
- Application of BREEAM
- Contract administration
- Project budgets-reporting on cash flow and variations
Requirements:
- Project Management experience from procurement through to site delivery and handover, preferably within the Commercial Sector.
- Degree or Trade Qualifications in relevant filer is preferred.
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
