Franklin Smith have recently established a relationship with a renowned nationwide Commercial Contractor who are seeking Carpenters with solid NZ industry experience to move into Foreman/Supervisory roles for major commercial projects in Auckland.

Rate: $40-60 per hour
Duration: 4/5 months
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications & program
- Ordering materials
- Health and Safety
- Stakeholder management
- Planning and programming using MS Project
- Preparing site reports
- Ensuring the package is delivering on time and to quality of brief
