Site Manager x 4 (Fit Out & Finishing)
Our client is one of the most well-established contractors in the current market, they are working on some of the most dynamic and fashionable projects in Auckland to date and have the need for multiple Site Managers to join their high performing team.
Projects are based in West, East and central Auckland.
Candidates should have extensive exposure to finishing and fit out specifically within commercial construction or large scale residential.
Contracts will last until the end of the year with potential moves into permanent roles for the successful candidates.

Salary: $70-80 PH

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications & programme
- Ordering materials
- Health and Safety
- Stakeholder management
- Preparing site reports
- Ensuring the package is delivering on time and to quality of brief
