Franklin Smith Recruitment has the opportunity for a Site Manager to join a tier 1 contractor on a 6-month contract and work on some of the most significant Commercial projects in New Zealand to date.
The preferable candidate should come from a Carpentry background and have significant experience working on large scale commercial fit-out projects as a Site Manager, including Hotels, Apartments, Airports, hospitals etc

- Ensuring adherence to project specifications & program
- Driving site performance\
- Ordering materials
- Health and Safety
- Subcontractor management
- Preparing site reports
