Our client is a national leader in the three waters maintenance industry, starting from humble beginnings this family run contractor has built a massive client base and have become an industry leader in multiple areas through the implementation of specialist technicians and the use the most innovative technology to complete their work.

They seek an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to work on multiple projects throughout Auckland, the right candidate should have significant exposure to three waters maintenance and the management of significant infrastructure projects which include drain installation, hydro excavation, pipe relining and water services (among other areas).

Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple on-going contracts
• The ability to engage with subcontractors and to communicate with people at all levels to ensure productivity, compliance and drive results
• Doing checks for quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and monitoring project variations
• Client liaison and site visits
• Produce and monitor project / contract budgets and cost to complete
• Managing the use of plant machinery
• Preparation and submission of monthly project progress reports and claims

The right candidate should have proven experience in a similar role (Contract/Project Management) with significant experience with client liaising and business development.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, between $115-130k per anum, dependent on your experience and expertise.
