Senior Land Surveyor (BBBH5215) East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand

Our client is a stable tier 1 contractor specialising in bulk earthworks/ land development, they have been operating for over 20 years and are currently involved in some of largest and most significant infrastructure projects in New Zealand.
They have the immediate need for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their team to work on projects in the Auckland region, the right candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package between 90-100k + vehicle, depending on candidate experience.
Candidate experience should include:
- 5+ years’ working as a Land Surveyor in civil construction projects (Sub divisions, bulk earthworks, roading) in New Zealand
- Ability to interpret 12D drawings + survey plans
- Preparing set-out data for field work
- Subdivisions set-out
- Earthworks and associated reporting
- Drawing as-builts
- Volume reports for earthworks and other constructions materials
- Topographical surveys
- Use of software such as autocad, civil cad, 12d
Essential requirements:
- Relevant Surveyor Qualification
- Proven performance as a Civil Surveyor
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand without employer sponsorship
