Due to pressing construction programmes there is a requirement for a Project Manager to work contract for the company from tender stage through to finalising accounts.
Job title: Site Project Manager (Tier 3)

Contract type: Contractor (PAYE or GST)
Contract duration: 6 month rolling contracts (with extension)
Location: Auckland
Salary: Up to $80 per hour(DOE)
Project Types: Warehouses, Offices, Apartments, Mixed Use
Responsibilities:
- Management of commercial elements of project delivery
- Bids, extensions and enquiries
- Business cases preparation and presentation
- Development of detailed design briefs
- Stakeholder mapping exercises and development of communication strategies.
- Risk Workshops, mitigation / management strategies and escalation processes
- Procurement - tendering and negotiation processes
- Design process and leading a design team
- Application of BREEAM
- Contract administration
- Project budgets-reporting on cash flow and variations
Requirements:
- Project Management experience from procurement through to site delivery and handover, preferably within the Commercial Sector.
- Degree or Trade Qualifications in relevant filer is preferred.
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
