Project Manager - Dayton, OH

•Support technical and acquisition efforts for planning, organizing, and managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist in the implementation of program direction
•Provide acquisition management advisory support to acquisition source selection teams
•Assist in developing, analyzing, and maintaining a master integrated program schedule and plan from concept exploration through fielding of a system
•Assist in gathering program information and conducting analyses of acquisition information and provide recommendations for consideration regarding inputs to program documentation
•Provide advisory and draft documentation support in Source Selections to include Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP) development and Instructions to Offerors (ITOs) Sections L&M development
•Provide advisory and draft documentation support in the development of program documentation and identification of program problems and issues
•Provide assistance for planning and organizing command-level presentations
•Assist in the effort to improve internal management processes by recommending alternatives to visual, computer-based communications currently being used by the program office to manage its critical processes
•Develop and document recommended program management input for Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) for assigned programs
•Provide administrative, advisory, and draft documentation support for tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation
•Recommend options for government consideration and plan meeting/offsite, facilitate meetings/offsites, develop draft document, and attend specialized meetings
•Provide documentation support for financial planning and implementation
•Provide support for conducting various types of costs, schedule, technical, performance, and program related research efforts
•Establish, coordinate, document, and maintain documentation baseline for Directorate platforms
•Attend reviews, audits, and working group meetings including but not limited to: PMRs, Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMS), test planning working groups, test readiness reviews, prime equipment contractor review meetings
•Update and operate program databases for cataloging documents, track projects and suspenses, and correspondence
•Facilitate file downloads and technical interface of audiovisual components for electro-media presentations

Qualifications:
•Five (5) years of acquisition project management/analysis (two (2) of which must be in Defense acquisition programs)
•Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint), Lotus Note/Forms, and AF systems such Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS), System Metric and Reporting Tool (SMART), and Portals (AF, SOF, etc.)
•Familiar with USSOCOM Directive 70-1, Acquisition Management System Policy and current acquisition process as pertaining to programs up to and including Acquisition Category (ACAT) 1D
•Program Management Acquisition Professional Development Program Level II (APDP II) or equivalent highly desired
•Active Secret Clearance Required
