HR Manager (I-00-0213-0A0) San Antonio, Texas

Decypher currently seeks to add a dynamic HR Manager to our Corporate team to partner with business leaders and successfully develop and/or administer human resources initiatives and activities.
•Collaborate with Executive Team, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Clients, etc. and assist with the development and implementation of corporate initiatives and culture
•Assist in identifying competency and skill gaps to provide leadership and people management development planning
•Responsible for participating in recruiting activities, internal development assignments and programs, as well as presenting New Employee Orientation
•Responsible for the overall benefits management for employees including 401K.
•Counsel management in the effective use of rewards and recognition to support the attainment of business objectives
•Responsible for processing company payroll
•Provide guidance as necessary related to disciplinary action
•Process and serve as a resource in consistent implementation performance standards and systems
•Assist business partners with creating an environment that encourages maximum individual and team effectiveness
•Provide counsel and facilitate conflict resolution to address issues for both employees and managers in a manner consistent with policies, practices and legal considerations
•Partner with managers to increase focus on performance management to maximize employee contributions and proactively address performance issues
•Develop and recommend new approaches, processes, and practices that continuously improve the overall effectiveness of the HR department
•Create, implement and manage programs to support employee retention, recognition, inclusion, performance management and development
•Balance and prioritize work to ensure critical items are addressed
•Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of issues and problems; deliver exceptional customer experience by responding to questions, providing guidance, and resolving issues as appropriate

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
•3+ years of work experience in a HR Generalist role
•Excellent written and oral skills
•Process Management abilities
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Current knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations
•Knowledge regarding E-Verify and multi-state employee reporting
•Excellent decision making/analysis skills
•The ability to prioritize rapidly
•Strong sense of urgency
•Strong employee relations experience
•Results oriented
•Strong problem solving skills
•Experience training employees and/or supervisors
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Experience processing payroll
•SCA knowledge helpful
