Responsibilities
•Provide support to the USAFSAM Aerospace Medicine Clinical Sciences Division, Neuropsychiatry Branch (FECN) in clinical and neuropsychological testing for clinical evaluations
•Administer and score personality and neuropsychological testing and clinical psychological personality testing to aircrew and special duty personnel regarding aeromedical clinical and specialty neuropsychological evaluations and prepare testing results in a tabular, graphical or narrative format
•Conduct testing procedures in accordance with HIPPA and Privacy Act policies and laws, and provide recommendations to leadership to ensure operations remain compliant with such policies and laws
•Effectively interact with clinical patients during psychological testing by observing, describing, and reporting behavioral observations, emotional, motivational, and intellectual behavior that could adversely affect testing performance and reporting such factors to professional staff
•Accurately update patient disposition, disqualification rates and continued waiver status in comprehensive FECN clinical evaluation database
•Conduct comprehensive reviews of hard copy and electronic ACS, mental health and medical records in AHLTA, CHCS, and AIMWITS
•Coordinate with military and civilian medical treatment facilities to obtain clinical documentation and treatment records for FECB evaluations and review in accordance with FECN leadership and provider instruction
•Prepare, maintain, and digitize clinical evaluation records of FECN patients
•Obtain psychological testing scores of USAF pilots and aircrew from the psychological testing database to assist with FECN clinical, professional, scholarly, and educationally based aeromedical evaluations, research studies and presentations
•Assist in the development of professional teaching presentations for FECN courses based upon research and clinical duties and delivery of services to USAF aircrew and special duty personnel with instruction from FECN providers
•Work with FECN professional staff in co-authoring scientific paper(s), professional presentations(s), and DoD technical reports regarding DHP funded and FECN unfunded research endeavors
•Conduct research in accordance with IRB approved research protocols
•Develop knowledge of IRB paperwork requirements and procedures, as well as complete necessary IRB training to fully participate in FECN research projects
•Facilitate acquisition of testing equipment and supplies to ensure testing protocols are current and within state-of-the-art standards at the instruction of FECN providers
•Facilitate acquisition of testing supplies and ensure test inventory is fully stocked
•Assist in the administrative aspects of the MFS-N baseline testing and RPA selection process including, being proficient in: testing briefs, informed consent, and administering, scoring, archiving, and trouble-shooting psychological MFS-N testing data

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from an accredited four year university/college
•Must have completed academic coursework in testing and measurements, as well as research methodology
•2 years experience in administering personality and neuropsychological testing
