Administrative Support
Responsibilities
•Support the office through development of detailed daily action plans (manage meetings, staff schedules and monitor organizational email account) and administration of the office security procedures (e.g. end of day security check, manage visit requests, maintain building access badges).
•Provide administrative support to AFC2IC/C2II to include the management and cataloging of TDL, USMTF, and XML-MTF documentation, preparation and review of staff packages, read ahead, and other documents.
•Manage normal office correspondence and task management.
•Aid/Assist in maintenance of 20 or more training records in support of office programs and projects.
Qualifications:
•A high school diploma is required; however an Associate's degree is desired
•At least four (4) years of experience in a like office position and knowledge of military writing, organization and security concepts and procedures.
