Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
•Coordinator in support of the Neurocognitive Assessment Tool (NCAT) Program
•Assist the Chief, In-Garrison Mental Health in the implementation and sustainment of the Neurocognitive Assessment Tool.
•Assist the NCAT program manager with coordination of the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Model (ANAM) implementation project including guidance, facilitating the scheduling of testing, and the tracking of associated data.
•Provides assistance to the Program Manager in support of the NCAT program.
•Works directly with the Chief, In-Garrison Mental Health
•Interact with AFMS staff at all levels to understand their unique requirements and develop strategies to support and prioritize those requirements
•Assist the program manager with collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and providing data on programming (manpower and/or financial) requirements using existing measurements/evaluation techniques or devising new ones as required
•Ensure recognition of and compliance with protocol rules, regulations and courtesies
•Coordinate NCAP special meetings by booking hotels, tracking conference participants, maintaining lists of conference participants, designing master schedules for conferences and maintaining working groups post conferences
•Coordinate as needed offsite events, orders and oversees audio-visual equipment as well as other equipment required and coordinates and ensures participants have appropriate lodging, conference space and equipment as required
•Travel to various CONUS locations in support of the ANAM program mission as directed and funded by AFMOA
•Receive, interpret, disseminate, and assist the program manager with the implementation of various policy, regulation, directives, and guidance from Headquarters Air Force.
•Help the program manager design or acquire methods for data collection and presentation
•Assist the program manager in educating AFMS and outside agency staffs on programming requirements and processes
•Interact with peers and appropriate agencies outside the AFMS to accomplish mission objectives
•Assist the program manager in providing programming recommendations to various organizations within the AFMS as well as other Air Force agencies
•Prepare programming inputs (manpower and financial) for the Plans and Programs Division
•Perform quality assurance duties
•Validate data
•Prepare briefings, reports, bullet papers, or other supporting documentation as needed
•Maintain list of all ANAM trained proctors and those training in the interpretation of the ANAM
•Maintain "help desk" skills to answer e-mail and telephone questions from the AFMS
•Helps in the development of training curricula for teaching others how to use the ANAM tool
•Coordinate TDY's for the Chief of Deployment Mental Health using the Defense Travel System
•Use various and advanced functions of word processing and PowerPoint software to create, format, modify, edit and print a variety of letters, reports, memos and other textual documents
•Function as the transcriptionist for all meetings associated with Deployment Mental Health
•Issue, track and inventory computer equipment supporting ANAM program across the Air Force. Maintain an adequate supply of laptop computers that can be loaned to Active Duty, Reserve and Guard units and obtain any needed repairs
•Implement program updates/changes to ANAM laptop computers
•Work with AF units (Active Duty, Reserve and Guard) to help resolve computer and ANAM program issues

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field
•Minimum of three years experience within the last five years in customer service work or related type field
•Minimum of two years experience working with the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Model (ANAM) within the last five years
•Minimum two years experience managing and coordinating project activities
•Must be a fully qualified typist capable of typing a minimum of 40 words per minute
•Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project)
•Experience as an Equipment Manager is desired
