Summary of the Role
This would be an exciting time to join this growing information management team. The company are undergoing a data transformation and these roles will be a key part of this process. The purpose of the team is to ensure that the right people have the right information and in the right format. There are multiple sources of information that must be consoldated and processes improved around hos this is used. There is high visibility with senior management and you will see the results of your work quickly. There is a supportive and collaborative team environment which is supported by a strong leadership team.
Summary of the Positions
- Manage and lead information management processes
- Make applicable changes to how these processes are run/used
- Data mapping and management
- Improve data governance
- Define new processes for content classification
- Create new innovative ways of using data
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the company
- Dependent on your level management opportunities are available
- Thought leadership for information management
- Implementation of information management strategies
- Present to senior leadership
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an information management role
- For leadership positions some leadership experience would be essential
- Experience implementing IM strategies
- Experience improving IM processes
- In depth knowledge of data management and metadata management
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks
- Strong project management experience
- The ability to translate ideas and presentations to non-technical stakeholders
