Summary of the Position
This is an opportunity for someone with strong BI and reporting skills to apply these in a high performance environment. You will be given extensive room to develop and learn new skills. The environment is supportive and collaborative in which you'll work with like minded people. The role is within the finance industry and any experience in this space would help but is not essential. You'll work on traditional tools along with newer tool sets.
Summary of the role
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Visualise data in Tableau/PowerBI
- ETL processing with SSIS
- Coding and querying using SQL
- Work on end to end BI projects
- Involvement in project planning
- Work with non-technical stakeholders and translate findings
- BI reporting for BAU
Experience expected
- A minimum of 3-4 years in a BI analyst/reporting/viz role
- Experience working within finance is beneficial
- Experience gathering requirments from non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with one of Tableau, PowerBI or Qlikview
- Strong communication skills to translate requirements
- University degree qualified
- End to end project delivery experience
