Summary of the Team

This is a newly formed team that reaches across the whole business giving high visibility with senior management. This role will be key in defining data governance practices across the business and you will therefore be a key person in the team. The management are looking for innovative thought leaders who understand the complexities of a data governance strategy. You will be offered a high level of support and given room to innovative. Summary of the Role

• Implementation of new data governance strategies and processes
• Execution of data mapping
• Data management and provisioning
• Enhance current data management processes
• Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure data is being utilised correctly
• Define data quality practices
• Gather requirements and translate to action
• Work as a change agent within the business

Experience Expected 

• Business Analysis experience a bonus
• Proven data governance experience 
• Experience with frameworks like DAMA, DMBOK, DCAM etc whould be highly beneficial
• Experience in finance would be high beneficial
• A keen analytical mind and an interest in new data techniques
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Good presenting skills
• Any experience with data quality tools would be looked at favourably
