About the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator:
This role requires the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator to have both exceptional technical skills as well as client-facing skills
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator will be in charge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM System and will be able to best utilise the platform for the company’s needs
The role will encompass management and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM System, helping the support team and developers with any issues
This role also involves a lot of strategy and forward thinking about how best to utilise the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- A deep understanding of the 2013+ Dynamics CRM product customization and configuration including:
- Dynamics CRM 2013+ Plug-in Development
- Dynamics CRM 2013+ Client Application extension environment
- Dynamics CRM 2013+ Workflow Development
- MS Dynamics CRM 2015 and 2016 and Dynamics 365
- Earlier versions v4 and 2011 of MS Dynamics CRM
