Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: completing business reports, researching accounts, assisting other departments/divisions, completing expenses, travel arrangements, and office tasks (answering telephones, managing calendars, filing, faxing). In collaboration with other departments, assist with agent appointments/client and broker meetings.
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the V.P. National Accounts.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
A college degree and excellent written, verbal and organization skills are required. Must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite, have strong technical skills, and be able to quickly learn new platforms and systems. Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
