O&S Risk & Compliance Analyst (PCK333-203615) Houston, Texas
The individual will prepare management reports, metrics associated with IT risk, compliance and other functional areas as defined by management.
They will support Risk personnel across the organization including implementing RCSA, Key Risk and other Risk programs as defined by management. Programs encompass training, mentoring, monitoring and reporting. Maintain responsibilities for the operational aspects of the Key Risk program which include data collection, consolidation and reporting. Conduct independent analysis of results identifying thematic findings, high risk areas and proposing actions. In addition, they will participate in Fed Supervision activities including self-assessments, responding and managing Fed queries, and as sit as necessary in monitoring organizational responsiveness’ and quality.
2 – 3 years experience preferably in the insurance industry.
3 – 5 years experience in an IT risk management, compliance or equivalent role in a global organization.
3 – 5 years experience in the development/implementation of global risk management programs encompassing setting of standards, defining risk and controls frameworks, training, issue identification, remediation, monitoring and reporting
