Position Summary
AIG Private Client Group is seeking an Underwriting Technician to support the underwriting team.

Organizational Structure
The Underwriting Technician reports directly to the Underwriting Manager.

Performance Objectives
- Analyzing current policy data including billing, inspection reports and loss runs to make educated decisions on renewal PCG business
- Procuring motor vehicle reports (MVR’s) and ordering Risk Management home inspections.
- Working with brokers to enhance renewal insurance programs and find ways to retain customers.
- Acting as a liaison between the brokers and their assigned underwriter to ensure needs are being met.
- Understanding PCG workflows, contracts and systems to assist brokers in growing their book of business.
- - Providing Risk Analysis documents to underwriters.
- Possible traveling with underwriter to assigned brokers.
- Prepping $100k+ VIP personal insurance renewals and meeting with underwriters and management to review
- Sending Notice of Conditional or Non-Renewal Notices and ensuring all files are complete as respects our organizational/departmental compliance standards.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have
Prior High Net Worth personal lines experience preferred
