Sr. Administrative Assistant (PCK333-213527) Los Angeles, California

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Schedule meetings and events, manage calendar (i.e., reserving conference rooms, ensuring space, equipment and refreshment requirements).
•Prepare meeting agendas, reports and other documents / materials.
•Answering the phone, fielding calls, responding to and dealing with queries, relaying accurate messages, etc.
•File and manage expense reports.
•Schedule travel arrangements.
•Ordering office supplies.
•General office / team support (e.g., printer maintenance, etc.
•Handle the coordination of significant department events, attending to logistics details (food, travel, invitations, etc.).
•Assist with computer / equipment issues.
•Taking notes in meetings where required.
•Accessing and controlling confidential information.

•Strong anticipation skills and forward thinking
•Excellent communications skills.
•Experience and ability to interface with senior levels of an organization.
•Deadline / task orientated – sense of urgency / high energy.
•Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility.
