FNI CCIC Customer Service Representative (PCK333-237628) Olathe, Kansas

AIG Shared Services has an opportunity for a First Notice Intake Representative (FNI), Customer Care Information Center (CCIC).

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Input data for a First Notice of Loss, First Report of Injury claim.

Respond to questions, concerns and information requests via telephone regarding a variety of issues from internal and external parties, to include claimants, insureds, brokers, claims adjusters and vendors.

Obtain information through research of internal systems or requests from external sources.

Ensure customer needs/requests are addressed and resolved promptly and completely.

Escalate problematic or sensitive matters to Team Leader or Manager.

Ensure that call data is properly logged into the tracking system.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.

Excellent communication and professional customer service skills.

Ability to work independently.

Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Knowledgeable of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Accident & Health insurance experience is preferred.
