Sr. Business Support Analyst (PCK333-209008) Greensboro, North Carolina
Sr. Business Support Analyst located in our Greensboro, NC office.
The purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison among the Customer Operations and Sr. Leadership team.
This position will provide support with analysis, communication, business processes, policies and systems.
The senior business analyst must understand business problems and opportunities in the context and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
Partner with the Customer Support Operations teams to research issues, ensure early identification of process issues and drive process improvement. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancement.
Provide Project Management support that includes, identifying, planning, documenting, communicating, facilitating and implementation. Assist with analysis, validation and testing of projects.
Administrator for the 3rd party platforms utilized by the Customer Support Operations teams (i.e. Salesforce.com, telephony technology and SDE, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business related field.
5 Years similar experience in a business environment preferred.
Project or team leadership experience
Ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate facts and data. Excellent Problem solving skills
Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
