Human Resources Project Manager (PCK333-218012) New York County, New York

The Human Resources Project Manager will act as an implementation specialist supporting the roll out of the HR Service Delivery and Transformation Model. The incumbent will build on existing HR Transformation design principles with specific focus on the HR function.

Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project implementations
• Define project scope, budget, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with management and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Manage dependencies and changes to critical path
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress (PMO) reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors,
and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
• Conduct post-project reviews and create recommendations for improvements

Job Requirements:
• BS/BA Degree
• 5 years + experience in project management and implementations
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Human Resources, Payroll or Benefits PM experience preferred
• Ability to work in highly pressurized deadline driven environment
• Self motivated, confident, flexible, logical thinker
• Experience with HR transformations
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Excel and Visio
• Strength in managing shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Persuasive, encouraging, motivating with the ability to read communication styles and defuse tension
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management and clients.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
