Engage with multiple projects throughout the project life cycles, from planning through go-live and hypercare
Assist customers with categorizing efforts as project stream, innovation stream or maintenance stream activity, and with determining the appropriate environment for the effort, if necessary
Ensure that Project Managers execute project delivery in adherence with established project management standards and procedures
Ensure that Finance O&S Global SAP COE resources are aligned with the project resource demand forecast for each project phase
Ensure issues and risks are identified, resolved or mitigated, and escalated when necessary
Ensure projects have assessed and quantified expected increases in support costs and resource requirements
Provide the PMO with cost/benefit summaries for each project and assist with identifying and tracking actual benefits resulting from the projects
Provide the PMO with regularly updated resource demand estimates for each project
Provide the PMO with regular status reports for each project, including changes in scope or timeline, progress and milestones reached, significant issues, and major next steps
Provide Portfolio Analytics and Operational reporting dashboards

Leverage solution design expertise from within the Finance O&S COEs to validate that the proposed solution is within architecture guidelines and minimizes increases in support requirements
Leverage resources from within the Finance O&S COEs to validate that standard functionality and existing configuration and programming are used in developing the solution
Provide HR support and management including goal setting/tracking, development/training requirements, day to day management and mentoring.
Ensure that projects have proper project governance and phase management, with clear entry and exit criteria
Ensure issues and risks are identified, resolved or mitigated, and escalated when necessary
Ensure projects have assessed and quantified expected increases in support costs and resource requirements
Provide the PMO with cost/benefit summaries for each project and assist with identifying and tracking actual benefits resulting from the projects

Minimum of 15 years related professional experience
Minimum of 10 years experience related to project management
Minimum of 6 years Senior Project Portfolio Management
Understanding of finance in a large multi-national enterprise
Understanding of current and leading-edge technology solutions for finance
Minimum of 8 years experience with SAP or other ERP
Ability to build relationships and manage key customers
Ability to facilitate short- and long-term relationships between project teams and customers
Ability to support a multi-site, multi-country project engagements
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Ability to perform HR related tasks such as goal setting, performance management, staff development planning, salary planning, mentoring.
