GamesMaster, the UK’s leading multi-format videogame magazine, is looking for a new Staff Writer.
If you're obsessed with videogames, have experience of writing about them, and want to play a central role in GamesMaster's future, we want to hear from you.
As Staff Writer you’ll help to create one of the world’s best videogame magazines, an institution with a 25-year legacy of quality. You’ll write authoritative, accessible, and funny content each month, applying your skills to everything from reviews, to previews, to features, and more. You’ll interview leading developers, attend events in the UK and beyond, and play the latest games – and find your own unique angles for coverage on each, contributing to every part of the magazine in the process.
Based in Bath, UK, this is a position for someone looking to make their mark in a full-time role writing about games. We need a self-starter with ambition, first-class writing skills, and a never-ending supply of ideas, capable of operating both independently and in collaboration with a tight-knit, dedicated team.
You will be joining the company behind some of the biggest names in videogame media, including Official PlayStation Magazine, Official Xbox Magazine, PC Gamer, and GamesRadar+.
