Sat within the marketing communications department, you'll be assisting the team in managing, developing and communicating workflows across the business, working closely with stakeholders and game providers to help things run smoothly. 

They are looking for someone who has had experience with CRM lifecycle journeys, ideally with salesforce or a similar CRM software.

What you'll be doing:

• Point of contact for day to day queries regarding workflows for the business
• Working with compliance, risk, retention teams and other stakeholders to create new campaign workflows in the company proprietary system
• Analysis and Reporting of existing workflows and optimisation tactics to drive greater engagement/efficiencies from communications
• Manage games roadmaps and testing new games
• Setting up promotions across products, content creation and email builds
• Liaising with the rest of the team to ensure all communications associated to a workflow are working correctly
• Ensure that game settings have been updated across all brands and currencies
• Content managing game lobbies for both desktop and mobile and ensuring all regions keep the websites updated
• Game placement optimisation and analysis
• Help the retention department to manage large ad hoc projects

What you're great at:

• Experience of managing CRM journeys
• Strong excel skills
• Database management understanding
• Experience with salesforce or a similar CRM software

Bonus points for:

• HTML understanding and knowledge
• Your a self-starter and ability to work on your own initiative
