We are looking for an experienced display marketer who's looking to take the next step in a lead position, to join an award-winning global entertainment company who have some of the biggest and the best apps out there.

As a Digital Media Team Manager, you'll be managing a team of 3 who focus on programmatic, display and social campaigns across their brands, working closely with their Head of Digital Media to deliver the best acquisition strategy.

As a hands-on team lead, your role will be a split between:

Campaigns:

  • Monitor campaigns across Digital Media for a selection of brands ensuring this is inline with
    acquisition-wide targets
  • Guide the team on troubleshooting live campaigns
  • Maintain existing publisher relationships and create new ones
  • Formulate, communicate and execute Digital Media campaign strategy
  • Negotiate deals with media owners/publishers/providers
  • Collaborate across the whole acquisition team to share knowledge, and pinpoint
    when information will be useful to others in the department
  • Responsible for ensuring every live creative and landing page is compliant with the
    latest regulations from the governing bodies for each territory, as well as the ASA and CAP code in the UK
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry and understand how
    these will affect our campaigns

Team management:

  • Manage a team of 3+, including conducting bi-annual performance and development
    reviews with each team member.
  • Mentor and support their day to day roles as well as their personal
    and professional development.
  • Train new team members
  • Review tools used by the team to ensure they are suitable, effective and meet the
    team’s needs
  • Regularly review team process to ensure they are efficient

What you'll need:

  • Around 3 years+ display marketing experience 
  • Experience running and optimising display campaigns
  • Working knowledge of DCM or similar ad server
  • Working knowledge of multiple DSP's
