This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on director with a proven track record and a passion for acquisition, where you'll be leading the channel strategy and delivery of quality traffic on a global scale. 

As a strategic leader, they are really needing someone who can use their knowledge and experience in guiding the digital acquisition team, working closely with brand, technology, business intelligence and sales teams to define the best traffic acquisition strategy.

The right person will have at least 8 years’ relevant experience within digital performance and acquisition. Currently at Head of/Director level, you'll be an email marketing expert with Salesforce and Tableau experience and be confident working within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Translating a vision into a strong digital acquisition strategy - setting KPI's, initiating and overseeing all implementations
  • Working within a fast-paced, energetic and fun team as a dedicated team player. 
  • Driving quality traffic to the website as well as coordinating the development into a mobile first approach working closely with the IT and development teams.
  • You'll be a role model in leading and guiding the digital acquisition team, paired with providing hands-on day to day involvement in key executions
  • Working with the wider business to ensure that the digital strategy meets overall objectives and report back regularly to all stakeholders
  • Becoming key point of contact and leader for the sales teams for any digital acquisition performance and analysis initiatives
  • Developing best practices for future campaigns - proactively researching new ways and trends of latest tech to drive more opportunities and save time

Must have tech skills:

Strong CRM and Salesforce skills, PPC, Display, Email, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, A/B testing, integration of analytics (Web, Google, Facebook etc.) You’ll have experience with analytics tools and increasing revenue through advertising – bonus points if you have web development skills too!
