The ideal candidate for this role will come from a strong Windows, .NET, SQL Server background, although strong software development lifecycle skill sets will also be a fit. Additionally, to be a strong fit for the Solutions Architect role you will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree and/or 8 years of equivalent software development or design experience; including a combination of the following:
    • 5 - 8 years of solution architecture design experience.
    • 3 - 5 years of software modeling experience (e.g. RUP, Agile, UML).
    • 3 - 5 years of leading development teams will be helpful.
