As a Personal Account Advisor - Call Center, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact with members you serve as a frontline contact for incoming calls. To be a good fit for the Personal Account Advisor opportunity, you will have:
  • A minimum of three years of customer service experience.
  • Some familiarity with or aptitude for learning financial products.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability use them effectively over the phone.
  • Inquisitiveness, empathy for customers and a creative approach to helping customers solve their problems and achieve their goals.
  • A high degree of comfort as a technology user -- you may spend time on social media sites, or you do a lot of online banking, or you use smartphone apps regularly, etc.
