This unique and challenging, newly added position offers you the opportunity to learn cutting-edge digital orthodontic technology and build a field and in-house team to train customers and support that technology. Your team will support the release and on-going training of our revolutionary intra-oral scanner to be used in conjunction with proprietary software that allows orthodontists to illustrate the procedure and outcome for their patients, as well as leverage a tool that delivers unprecedented accuracy. To be a good fit for the role of Manager, Digital Customer Training and Support you will need:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 10 years of work experience in technical support and/or technical product training.
  • 8 years of increasing management responsibilities.
  • High intelligence and well-developed analytical skills.
  • The ability to think critically and in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously.
  • Presence and the ability to lead and manage teams with a range of experience and skills.
