This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of the largest Canadian customer for a global leader in specialty chemical products. As the National Account Manager – Home Depot, you will act as the go-to contact person for the Home Depot Canada organization, working to build out our relationship, grow sales and expand our market presence. Working with a variety of contacts throughout the organization, you will ensure we are maximizing brand awareness and taking advantage of every sales and marketing opportunity offered. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a driven professional who is currently working under a Sales Director, National Account Manager or VP of Sales, and is eager to take the next step in his or her career. Additionally, to be a strong fit for the National Account Manager opportunity you will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years of sales, marketing and/or account management experience with big box retail accounts in the Canadian market; direct experience with the Home Depot is preferred.
  • The ability to understand, plan, and execute in-store marketing programs, promotional offers, store training, and customer service initiatives.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to develop spreadsheets and presentations and to analyze data.
