Salary: Negotiable
  • Responsible for providing excellent service to the affiliates while optimizing inventory levels
  • Accountable for product availability and risk of low inventory communication for on-going products and end of life to domestic and international customers
  • Backorder and Service cuts follow up with plant, US and International affiliates
  • Manage the brand stock equation (production plan and inventory) in order to guarantee excellent Service levels and optimize inventories
  • Determine the right production parameters (safety stock levels, industrial coverage,..), work with plant to reduce blocked horizon in order to increase reactivity and batch sizes to enhance flexibility
  • Prevent excess and obsolete for on-going products by monthly review of productions yielding excess and potential batch size reduction or discontinuation; minimize obsoletes at time of restage (run-out analysis)
  • Liabilities communication and approval from domestic and international affiliates if applicable
  • Catalogue management for global and specific international SKUs - Master Data Maintenance in SAP
  • Monthly Planning cycle – consolidation of global demands (domestic + international affiliates) and ensure quality of forecast pass to plant
    Order confirmation – confirmation of orders to affiliates for the next 12 months
    Inventory allocation between international and US affiliates when low stock position

 

  • Level of responsibility is differentiated by an individual's experience and the scope and complexity of the business unit
  • Responsible for sharing information with all key stakeholders, including, but not limited to,
  • Marketing, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Manufacturing to insure accurate business decisions can be made

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Strong PC skills, advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing/Supply Chain preferred
  • SAP or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Aptitude to work in a complex and constant evolution environment
