To ensure coordination and completion of all aspects that relate to projects. Acting as the main liaison between the project manager,

manufacturers and suppliers as well as internal and external customers to ensure that all aspects of the project order are completed in a timely manner.


Prime Responsibilities:

  • Direct liaison between the project manager, manufactures and suppliers, outside sales, logistics, service and accounting for coordination of project sales.

  • Timely entry and release of orders and maintenance of any change orders.

  • Primarily responsible for the scheduling and reporting for projects including, but not limited to, the monitoring of manufacturer or supplier schedules, preparing and submittal of client reports.

  • Management of customer deadlines.

  • Documentation control including, but not limited to, the preparation, submission and control of any documents needed.

  • Direct liaison with Logistics to ensure timely document completion; obtain timely shipping releases and submittal of customer specific shipping documentation requirements.

  • Direct liaison with accounting to ensure invoice issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Preparation and submittal of the order close out report.

  • Any other duties as assigned.



Business Administration Diploma

Proficiency in MS Office



Approximately 2 domestic or international trips per year for training purposes.
