Bilingual Receptionist (63TL) Burlington, Canada

 

Summary

To act as the company’s first point of contact while providing a high level of professional customer service to both internal and external customers. Directing customers to the associate that is best able to meet their needs in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Provides administrative support to inside sales and accounting.

Prime Responsibilities

  • Manages all incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Entering sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handles in a timely and fiscally responsible manner any meeting details as required.
  • Maintenance and distribution of phone lists, address lists and any other company information as required.
  • Production of a weekly memo to all associates with updated information of events, room bookings, conferences, associate whereabouts and any other miscellaneous information as needed
  • Sorting and filing of delivery notes for accounting
  • Preparation of invoices for the outgoing mail
  • Incoming mail and fax distribution
  • Assists with any general correspondence as needed
  • Daily updating of the message board
  • Expense statement processing and reconciliation
  • Mileage tracking and reporting
  • Coordinating and ordering office supplies
  • CPCA monthly reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

  • Post secondary business course with an emphasis in office administration; with at least 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
