Provides a high level of support for strategic customers to assist with the development of relationships and the achievement of profitable sales targets and strategic objectives. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service to the assigned accounts. Main conduit between Strategic Account Manager and the other departmental functions including logistics, production centers, service, accounting and product marketing.

Prime Responsibilities

  • Work with the Strategic Account Manager to understand customer’s goals, objectives and business needs
  • Ensure the customer’s needs and expectations are met by the Company
  • Fielding of all customer inquiries received
  • Preparation and follow up of quotations
  • Processing of customer orders
  • Preparation of dimensional and wiring drawings as required by the customer
  • Preparation and submission to the customer of any other materials requested
  • Advising the customer on the proper selection and application of Endress+Hauser products.
  • Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing in order to fully satisfy the customers’ needs
  • Any other duties as assigned
