Job Description:
Our client is a full-service, online advertising and creative company needing a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Penetrate and grow existing enterprise clients at the VP/SVP level
- Become an expert in identifying challenges that clients face, and sell client's services to help solve those challenges
- Manage contract renewals with existing clients
- Mentor Strategic Account Managers and Coordinators
- Maintain strong and lucrative client relationships
- Manage project scope and client expectations
- Leverage past work and relationships to help clients identify new opportunities and increase revenue
Background/ Experience:
- Required to have a BA/BS
- 5+ years’ of enterprise sales experience, preferably with existing clients and some of that time in a startup environment
- Experience selling and presenting to C-level executives
- Experience managing sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions
- Search Engine Marketing experience
- Results-oriented approach to working
- Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas in an easy to understand manner
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment
