Social Worker - Mental Health (2695578JSB) City of Preston, England
| Salary: | GBP20 - GBP22 per hour |
Working within Preston East Community Mental Health Team undertaking the role of a care coordinator.
A social worker who has experience of working with service users who have mental health issues - management of a caseload; report writing; MDT working; commissioning of care packages; working within the Care Programme Approach; undertaking tasks such as duty role and carrying out review of needs.
You must hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and be HCPC registered. Additionally, you must have at least two years post qualifying experience and be able to provide five years of references.
