Due to an exciting period of growth I am currently seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer to join a SCRUM team on an exciting long-term project.
You will be working alongside the software development team, where you will create and deliver test tools, frameworks and tests, you will automate as much of the process as possible and work alongside with the team to agree best practices.
You will be working to offer professional serves to their international client base that include some of the largest and leading Digital TV operations.
As a Software Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for the following:
• Working within the SCRUM team developing software for Windows desktop / .Net in the field of Digital Television.
• Adapting, creating and delivering specification, test tools, frameworks and tests themselves.
• Automating as much of the process as possible and work side by side with the development team.
You must have the follow skills and experience:
• Developing unit tests for C# and read/review C, C#, C++ or Java.
• Having good knowledge of modern scripting languages such as Python, Javascript or Powershell.
• Ability to understand API specifications and write test specifications
• Experience of test automation and TDD
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Testrail and Karate
