Adults Learning Disabilities Social Worker (258066JAE) Leeds, England

There is currently a position available as a Learning Disabilities social worker for adults based in Leeds paying between £22 and £23 per hour.
A Successful candidate will have experience in:
- Completing reviews and assessments
- Working to protect vulnerable adults
- Assessing and reviewing existing service users placed in care homes
- Managing a case load
