THE JOB
Recruitment Consultant – IT / Digital – London. This independent Technology recruitment agency is looking to hire across a number of its vertical markets and wishes to meet with experienced Marketing / Digital Recruiters. This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role where you will be targeting new business and developing client relationships to place either Contract or Permanent candidates. My client has ambitious growth plans and wants to meet Recruiters who want to be part of this journey and reap the rewards.

Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant (Marketing / Digital sector) and a proven ability to generate margin by a targeted sales approach. Ideally you will be running a Contractors desk but we’re equally happy to talk to you if your background is Perms. This is a grown-up, consultative agency where you will be given a lot of responsibility (and support) to build a successful desk and move your career forward.
